General
We are an international freight forwarding and import–export company based in Istanbul. We handle road, sea and air freight, customs clearance, and the full documentation chain connecting Türkiye with Iran, Iraq, the Kurdistan Region and Europe.
Our main corridors run through Kapıkule and Ro-Ro links to Europe, Habur/Ibrahim Khalil to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region, and Gürbulak and Kapıköy to Iran — plus sea routes from Turkish ports to the Gulf and beyond.
It depends on the route and mode. As a guide, road freight from Türkiye to the EU is typically around 5–8 days, while regional deliveries to Iraq and the Kurdistan Region are often faster. We give you a realistic transit estimate with every quote.
Send us the product, origin, destination and rough weight/volume through the quote form or WhatsApp. We reply with an all-inclusive estimate covering freight, clearance and any duties or taxes.
Imports & exports
Any person or company with a Turkish tax number can trade. Most foreign businesses set up a local company or branch first. In practice, the customs declaration is filed by a licensed customs broker — which we coordinate for you.
The A.TR Movement Certificate lets most industrial goods move between Türkiye and the EU with zero customs duty under the Customs Union. It does not cover most agricultural products, coal or steel — those usually need an EUR.1 instead.
A.TR is based on goods being in free circulation between Türkiye and the EU. EUR.1 is based on preferential origin and is used for agricultural and steel goods and for free-trade-agreement partners such as the UK and EFTA. We work out which one your shipment needs.
Yes. Beyond transport and clearance we support supplier coordination, pre-shipment inspection and contract terms, so your import starts on solid footing.
Customs & clearance
It is the legal statement of the goods, their classification, origin and value, filed electronically through Türkiye's BİLGE customs system. It is the basis for calculating duty and tax, and it must match your invoice and transport documents.
Declarations are routed to a green (release), yellow (document check) or red (physical inspection) line. Inconsistent documents, unusual values or a weak compliance history increase the chance of a red or yellow line. A clean, consistent file is the best way to stay green.
Usually customs duty (often zero for EU-origin industrial goods with A.TR), VAT (KDV) on the value plus duty, and — for certain categories like fuel, vehicles, alcohol and tobacco — special consumption tax (ÖTV). We estimate all of these before you commit.
In practice, yes — declarations are filed by a licensed customs broker (Gümrük Müşaviri). We work with trusted brokers on both sides of the border and manage them for you, so you have one accountable contact.
Documents & payment
At minimum: a commercial invoice, a packing list and a transport document (B/L, AWB or CMR). Depending on the goods and market you may also need a certificate of origin, A.TR or EUR.1, and health, phytosanitary or conformity certificates. We prepare the full file.
Incoterms 2020 define who pays for what and where risk passes from seller to buyer (EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, DDP and more). The right choice depends on your experience and the route — we advise so you don't take on a responsibility you can't operate.
With a letter of credit, the buyer's bank pays only against documents that exactly match the L/C terms. It is common — and often expected — for Iraq and other regional markets. Because a single document error can delay payment, we build L/C accuracy into the process from the start.
Yes. We can arrange cargo insurance covering the full transit and strongly recommend it on every shipment of value — it is required under CIF and CIP terms.
